All service details, pricing, timelines and deliverables are subject to project-specific assessment and written confirmation.

4. Quotations and Estimates

Any quotation, estimate or price range shown on this website is for general guidance only unless formally issued in writing by Conscade.

Final pricing may depend on factors such as:

  • Property type and size
  • Site condition
  • Scope of work
  • Materials selected
  • Labour requirements
  • Authority requirements
  • Design complexity
  • Project timeline
  • Variation works requested by the client

A quotation becomes valid only when formally issued and accepted according to the agreed terms.

5. Site Assessment

For renovation, construction, maintenance or interior works, a site assessment may be required before finalising scope, pricing or timeline.

Conscade reserves the right to revise any initial estimate after reviewing the actual site condition, technical constraints, access limitations or authority-related requirements.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, including property details, floor plans, site access, ownership or authorisation details, design preferences and any relevant building or management rules.

Clients must also ensure that any required approvals from property owners, MCST, landlords, HDB, condominium management or relevant authorities are obtained where applicable.

For HDB renovation works, Singapore’s HDB states that certain renovation works require permit applications, and contractors may need to submit proposed works for evaluation depending on the renovation type.

7. Authority Approvals and Compliance

Some works may be subject to approval from relevant authorities, building management, MCST, HDB, BCA or other applicable regulatory bodies.

Conscade will make reasonable efforts to advise clients where approval may be required. However, responsibility for final approval, where legally required from the property owner or authority, remains subject to the specific project arrangement.

Certain HDB renovation categories are governed by HDB renovation guidelines, including building works, window works, electrical works, plumbing, sanitary and gas works.

8. Project Timeline

Any project timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Late client confirmation
  • Material availability
  • Site access restrictions
  • Authority approval delays
  • Design changes
  • Variation works
  • Weather conditions
  • Contractor or supplier delays
  • Unforeseen site conditions

Conscade will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the official quotation, invoice, agreement or project confirmation.

Depending on the project, payment may include:

  • Deposit or booking payment
  • Progress payments
  • Material confirmation payment
  • Final balance payment
  • Variation work payment

Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

10. Variation Works

Any additional work, design change, material change or scope adjustment requested after confirmation may be treated as variation work.

Variation work may result in additional cost and additional completion time. Such changes should be confirmed in writing before implementation.

11. Materials and Finishes

Material samples, colours, textures and finishes shown online or in digital previews may vary slightly from actual products due to lighting, screen settings, supplier batches or installation conditions.

Clients are encouraged to review and confirm physical samples where applicable before final selection.

12. Warranty and Defects

Any workmanship warranty, product warranty or defect liability period will be subject to the agreed project contract, supplier warranty, manufacturer terms or written quotation.

Warranty may not apply to defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorised modification
  • Water leakage or structural issues not caused by Conscade
  • Third-party works
  • Poor maintenance
  • Existing concealed defects
  • Damage after handover

13. Third-Party Contractors and Suppliers

Some projects may involve coordination with third-party suppliers, specialists, contractors or consultants.

Conscade will make reasonable efforts to work with reliable parties. However, third-party warranties, lead times, product availability and service obligations may be subject to the respective third party’s terms.
